You can increase the number of calories burned per hour by just having fun. There are lots of fun things to do that burn up to 150 calories per hour. Sing along with the music you’re listening to and you’ll burn about 50% more calories.

None of these stealth exercises will help you lose a large amount of weight in a short amount of time. It would take about 35 hours of knitting to lose a pound (and gain a sweater!). Or 19 hours playing Frisbee. But as an overall strategy to improve your well-being and boost your other weight loss efforts, they can have an incremental fact while boosting your mood and helping to make your life more fun.
